Earthwork & Foundation

Your land will begin to take shape with the sculpting of the building pad, retaining walls, grade controls, landscaping contours and the excavation of the footprint. These components include the footings and foundation. These two structural components are the lowest load-bearing part of the building and is responsible for transferring the weight of the structure to the ground. With the completion of backfill comes a milestone in the building journey.
